This traditional Swedish chocolate cake has a rich, velvety,

almost ganache-like center. Spruce it up with a little powder sugar

and a dollop of lingonberry preserves!

Our popular maple scones make a great breakfast treat. Actually,

they make a great treat any time of the day. These pair especially

well with fresh coffee (get a bag of Scandinavian blend coffee

on your next visit!)
